A few words about the team
The Project Managers’ team is a crucial driving force behind the success of technological projects. We coordinate actions, manage resources, and monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with schedules and budgets. Acting as a bridge between technical teams and management, we enable effective communication and collaboration.
Your tasks:
- Representing the company and presenting its solutions during meetings with clients
- Preparing project contracts, technical specifications, and sales presentations to ensure project clarity
- Analyzing customer needs and collaborating with the development department for tailored solutions that meet project objectives
- Coordinating and overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring seamless implementation and delivery within time, scope and budget
- Leading the team within a project and maintaining a supportive work environment
- Communicating with clients, providing project updates, addressing concerns, and building strong and long-lasting relationships
- Taking initiative to overcome challenges and actively seek opportunities to optimize project outcomes
- Monitoring project budgets, cost estimation, allocating resources, and overseeing client reporting and invoicing
- Collaborating with sales, design, marketing, and development departments
Must have
- Fluent English in speech and writing (C1 level at minimum). You will have constant contact with foreign clients
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager
- Experience in successfully implementing long-term projects
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
- Prior scoping experience
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated independence and initiative
- Getting satisfaction from working with clients
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and display high commitment
- Proactive attitude and willingness to develop and gain new experiences
Nice to have
- Experience as a Product Owner
- Previous work experience in the gambling/betting industry
- Previous experience as a BA
- PSM I or AgilePM
