Terms & Conditions for PlayPatrol

1. Service Description

PlayPatrol is an AI-driven casino game-testing application designed to automate your QA process. It simulates a real player by locating and launching a game, placing bets, spinning the reels, and monitoring balance changes before and after every action. Test results, including screenshots and videos, are made available via a dedicated dashboard, and notifications can be sent through various channels. The service is designed to detect bugs, ensure compliance, and optimize game performance.

2. Account Registration and Access

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering for PlayPatrol.
•  Access credentials must be kept secure and not shared with unauthorized parties.
• You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
• Access to PlayPatrol may be suspended or terminated if you breach these Terms.

3. Service Usage

• PlayPatrol is to be used solely for the testing and monitoring of casino games owned or operated by you or for which you have explicit authorization.
• You agree not to use PlayPatrol for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the service.

4. Service Availability and Modifications

• createIT aims to provide reliable, continuous service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance or updates may cause temporary disruptions.
• createIT reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue PlayPatrol or any part thereof at any time, with or without notice.

5. Fees and Payment

• The monthly subscription fee depends on the selected package:
  • 1.) Basic – 1400 EUR/month, which includes monitoring of up to 50 games, checked once per day;
  • 2.) Optimum – 4000 EUR/month, which includes monitoring of up to 150 games, checked once per day;
  • 3.) Pro – 11 250 EUR/month, which includes monitoring up to 500 games, checked once per day.
• Any game test above the monthly package limit may be purchased for 1 EUR per credit.
• 1 credit equals 1 test run of one game.
• All packages include access to a dedicated results dashboard, with video test previews and reports generator.
• An additional setup fee applies to each new Client: 999 EUR for the setup of the first games provider, and 490 EUR for each additional provider.
• The monthly fee for Enterprise packages is calculated individually on Client’s request.
• Enterprise pack fee for PlayPatrol is as agreed in the individual service order form.
• Fees are charged on a monthly basis.
• All payments are due as outlined in your order form. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service.

6. Intellectual Property

• All software, algorithms, documentation, and materials provided as part of PlayPatrol remain the exclusive property of createIT.
• You retain all rights to your own casino game content and data.

7. Data Privacy and Security

• createIT processes personal and business data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.
• Data collected via PlayPatrol (such as test logs, screenshots, and videos) will be used solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents to provide any data uploaded to PlayPatrol.

8. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information received in connection with the service, except as required by law or with prior written consent.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

• PlayPatrol is provided “as is” and “as available.” createIT makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the service for any particular purpose.
• createIT disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use PlayPatrol.

10. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, createIT’s total liability for any claim arising from or relating to PlayPatrol shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the service during the six months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

11. Termination

• You may terminate your use of PlayPatrol at any time by written notice, subject to any agreed minimum term or notice period.
• createIT may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the service unlawfully.
• Upon termination, your access to PlayPatrol will cease, and data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the registered office of createIT, unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws.

13. Amendments

• createIT reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the createIT website or communicated via email. Continued use of PlayPatrol after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
