PlayPatrol is a monitoring tool for online gaming platforms, including online casinos. It automates daily healthchecks of active games, detecting downtimes or issues before they impact GGR. Real-time alerts let operators fix problems fast—often before players or owners even notice.

Solution
To enhance the accuracy and scalability of these automated tests, we integrated an AI-based image and video recognition model.
This model analyzes recorded test runs, automatically verifying potential errors.
By using visual data, PlayPatrol can validate game functionality even when traditional test scripts fall short. Recognizing the need for a more accessible and scalable approach, we then developed a simplified version of the solution.
This streamlined tool allows swift bulk verification of games across any online gaming platform.
The setup process is semi-automated, eliminating the need to manually script individual test cases for each game. The final product is a flexible, scalable, and intelligent monitoring tool that supports both game providers and casino operators. It ensures platform stability and minimizes downtime risks, offering early detection of issues before they affect player experience or revenue.
