    1. Service Overview

    PageZen is a 24/7 website monitoring solution for affiliates and operators, providing automated tracking of website availability, performance, code quality, and SEO factors. PageZen can also be used in any business that operates online and is based on a B2B or B2C platform. The service includes real-time alerts, monthly reports, and benchmarking against industry standards. 

    1. Scope of Services

    Depending on the selected package (Basic, Optimum, Pro, Enterprise), createIT will provide: 

    • Continuous website monitoring (availability, response codes, errors, page speed, SEO factors) 
    • Immediate notifications of critical issues (via email or other channels) 
    • Monthly and on-demand reports with diagnostics and recommendations 
    • Cross-device and cross-browser compatibility checks 
    • Custom notification integrations (Enterprise) 
    • Country-based monitoring (Enterprise) 
    • No requirement for client credentials or sensitive data; monitoring is performed externally. 
    1. Client Responsibilities
    • Provide accurate website URLs for monitoring. 
    • Ensure that createIT is authorized to access and monitor the provided URLs. 
    • Respond promptly to notifications regarding detected issues. 
    • Implement recommended changes to improve website performance and compliance, as desired. 
    • Make the required payments on time, according to the rules described in point 7. 
    1. Data & Privacy
    • PageZen does not require access to sensitive data or backend logins. 
    • All monitoring is conducted externally, simulating end-user experience. 
    • Reports may include performance data, uptime statistics, SEO scores, and public-facing content analysis. 
    • createIT will not collect or store personal data from client customers during the monitoring process. 
    1. Service Levels & Support
    • Monitoring is provided 24/7, with real-time notifications for critical issues. 
    • Response times and reporting frequency depend on the selected package. 
    • Support is available during business hours via email or other agreed-upon channels. 
    • Service Level Agreements (SLAs) can be arranged for Enterprise clients. 
    1. Fees & Payment
    • Fees are based on the selected service package (Basic, Optimum, Pro, or Enterprise). 
    • Payment terms are as agreed in the order form. 
    • The payment is made in advance before the work starts. 
    • Additional services or customizations may incur additional fees. 
    • Fees are charged on monthly basis. 
    1. Intellectual Property
    • All intellectual property rights in the PageZen platform and service remain with createIT. 
    • Reports and data generated for the client may be used by the client for internal business purposes. 
    1. Confidentiality
    • createIT and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of each other’s proprietary information 
    • Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) may be executed prior to service commencement 
    1. Warranties and Disclaimers
    • PageZen is provided “as is” and “as available.” createIT makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the service for any particular purpose. 
    • createIT disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use PageZen. 
    1. Limitation of Liability
    • To the maximum extent permitted by law, createIT’s total liability for any claim arising from or relating to PageZen shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the service during the six months preceding the event giving rise to liability. 

    11. Termination

    • Either party may terminate the service with written notice, subject to any agreed notice period. 
    • Upon termination, monitoring will cease, and final reports will be delivered as agreed.

      12. Governing Law
    • These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, unless otherwise specified in the commercial agreement. 
    1. Amendments
    • createIT reserves the right to update these Terms with notice to the client. 
    • Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
