Service terms for WinWordsAI

1. Service Description

WinWordsAI is an AI-based tool designed to automatically generate fact-based, SEO-optimized news articles for B2B and B2C websites, news portals and platforms. The service uses web crawlers to collect content from user-selected sources, organizes information into thematic silos, and produces unique articles using customizable prompts. Generated articles can be published directly to your website via seamless WordPress integration. The service is intended to help you scale content creation, keep your site updated, and improve search engine indexing efficiently. 

2. Account Registration and Access

• You must provide accurate information during registration and keep your login credentials secure. 

• You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account. 

• Access to WinWordsAI may be suspended or terminated if you breach these Terms. 

3. Service Usage

• WinWordsAI is to be used solely for generating and publishing content for websites you own or manage, or for which you have explicit authorization. 

• You must ensure that your use of WinWordsAI and the sources you select comply with all applicable laws, including copyright and data protection regulations. 

• You may not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the service or its components. 

4. Content and Source Selection

• You are responsible for selecting and providing sources for content scraping. createIT is not liable for the legality or accuracy of the source material you choose. 

• The service provides prompts for content generation, which you may customize to fit your brand and editorial requirements. 

5. Fees and Payment

• The monthly subscription fee is 30 EUR, which includes monitoring up to 5 sources and collecting up to 200 news items daily. An additional fee of 1 EUR is charged for each article generated by WinWordsAI. 

• Fees are charged on a monthly basis. 

• Users only pay for the articles actually generated, regardless of the number of items collected. 

• Additional source packs can be added at a cost of 1 EUR per day for every 5 extra sources. 

• All payments are due as outlined in your order form. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service. 

6. Intellectual Property

• All software, algorithms, and documentation provided by createIT remain its exclusive property. 

• You retain rights to the content generated for your website, subject to compliance with these Terms and the rights of original content sources. 

7. Data Privacy and Security

• createIT processes personal and business data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. 

• Data collected and processed by WinWordsAI (including source URLs, prompts, and generated articles) will be used solely for providing and improving the service. 

8. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information received in connection with the service, except as required by law or with prior written consent. 

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

• WinWordsAI is provided “as is” and “as available.” createIT makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the generated content for any particular purpose. 

• The service relies on third-party sources and automated processes; you are responsible for reviewing and editing generated articles before publication 

• createIT disclaims liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. 

10. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, createIT’s total liability for any claim relating to WinWordsAI shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the service during the six months preceding the event giving rise to liability. 

11. Termination

• You may terminate your use of WinWordsAI at any time, subject to any agreed minimum term or notice period. 

• createIT may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the service unlawfully. 

• Upon termination, your access will cease, and your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period. 

• After the contract is ended, the content you created stays on the website you chose 

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the registered office of createIT, unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws. 

13. Amendments

• createIT reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the createIT website or communicated via email. Continued use of WinWordsAI after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
