Qsensor is a UK-based startup that provides airport security queue times through the Qsensor application.
Qsensor is an award-winning travel service founded in 2023. Our client’s goal is to help travelers optimize their time and improve their airport experience. The service provides both automated and crowdsourced airport security/TSA/CATSA queue wait times, free of charge. Qsensor is monetized through advertisements on the site, this helps cover the running costs and improve Qsensor with additional functionalities.
About the project flow
Description: The project was organized into two-week sprints with a team consisting of mid-level developers, a UI designer, a QA engineer, and a Project Manager.
ActiveCollab was used for task management, and the client was in close communication with the project team from start to finish.
Solution
