Freedom United is the largest community in the world dedicated to the fight against the human trafficking and modern slavery. Freedom United bases its activity on the custom PHP web system https://www.freedomunited.org/ supporting a huge, worldwide traffic of over 6 million followers.

Goal

To improve the website performance scores (speed) especially:
- first contentful paint,
- time to interactive,
- speed index.

Actions

Investigation of javascripts that slow down the page. Load JS Asynchronously or wait for user interaction. Differing loading of external scripts.

Result

To improved loading time from 13.7s to 5.5s (mobile devices). The website has become even more user friendly, which has had the impact on the indirect traffic increase by 40%.

The National Sports ID system verifies the age/grade of youth athletes and provides a convenient and secure place to store ID documents.

Goal

The system providing sport ID's verifying age/grade of youth athletes, which protects the integrity of tournaments, leagues and organizations.
